What is the process of applying for a Licence for a Relevant Product?

It is not possible to obtain a licence to operate an online casino domestically, as offering online casino gambling is illegal in Australia. For other gambling products, you must apply through the relevant state or territory authority, as there is no single federal licensing body.

How can I verify if a gambling operator is legal?

Online sports betting is legal under state or territory licences, which you can verify with the local authority. However, online casinos, poker, and in-play betting are prohibited federally under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001, and the ACMA enforces these rules against operators.

Are my personal and financial details safe?

Top-rated platforms for Australian players process withdrawals quickly and support secure AUD and cryptocurrency transactions. However, since there are no domestically licensed real-money online casinos available, you must verify an offshore operator's reputation carefully.
